Quick food for thought:
If I knew the cure for autism or diabetes or cancer and I kept it a secret, would that not be wrong and selfish? But the truth is that I know the cure for something better than that. I know how you can have your past forgiven, a purpose for living, and a home in heaven. Hell and heaven is real. God calls me—and you—to share that Good News. Romans 10:14-17 The Message (MSG) And how can they hear if nobody tells them? And how is anyone going to tell them, unless someone is sent to do it?
You’re going to heaven because somebody told you about Jesus Christ. And somebody told that person about Jesus and so on. You don’t want that chain to break with you. Why would you want it to break by you?
Jesus told his followers, “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19-20 NLT).
You know the Good News. Now it’s time to go tell someone else about it! Go tell it!
Let the chain not break!
